What this service is
Dopomoga is a practical guide for Ukrainians in EU countries. The service is operated by MaxVera (eenmanszaak, KvK 99672332), trading as Dopomoga. We help you navigate official procedures, documents and services. The information in the service is intended for general guidance only. Dopomoga does not provide legal, tax, medical or immigration advice. For specific decisions, contact the official authorities or qualified professionals.
Registration and account
Full use of the service requires registration with an email and password (minimum 8 characters). One email — one account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions performed under your account. The service is intended for users aged 16 and over; by registering you confirm you are at least 16 (the age of valid consent for online services in the Netherlands). If you believe a child under 16 has registered, contact support@uadopomoga.eu and we will delete the account.
Your obligations
By using Dopomoga, you agree to:
- Use the service only for your own informational purposes.
- Not abuse the technical interfaces (bot traffic, attempts to extract data automatically, etc.).
- Not impersonate another person.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other people's accounts.
Right to terminate
You can delete your account at any time via Account → Delete account. Deletion is final — all your data (document drafts, ZZP progress, settings, activity log) is deleted immediately with no possibility of recovery.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms. Where possible, we will notify you of the reason.
Liability
The information in Dopomoga is provided as is with no guarantees as to its accuracy or its being up to date at a given moment. Rules and procedures in EU countries change — always verify critical details in official sources. Dopomoga is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the service's content.
The service is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data you enter will never be lost — please keep your own copies of important records (you can export your data at any time). To the extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Dutch or EU law, Dopomoga is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Specialist marketplace
The specialist marketplace lets independent providers ("specialists") publish listings and lets you contact and book them. Dopomoga acts only as a neutral technical intermediary: any agreement, payment or service is concluded directly between you and the specialist, and Dopomoga is not a party to it. Listings, profiles, prices, reviews and messages are created by users and specialists; we do not verify, endorse or guarantee their accuracy, a specialist's qualifications, or the quality, legality or outcome of any service. The "Verified business" badge only confirms that an active KvK (Handelsregister) registration was found for the stated number — it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of competence or honesty. To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection law, Dopomoga is not liable for the conduct of, or any service, advice, loss or harm arising from, a specialist or another user. Report abusive content or users to support@uadopomoga.eu.
Changes to the terms
When these Terms are updated, you will see a notice on your next login asking you to confirm acceptance of the new version. Continued use of the service after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
Payment, subscription and the right of withdrawal
The ZZP Pro subscription is a digital service. When you subscribe, you give separate consent to the immediate start of the service. Under EU Directive 2011/83 (Dutch herroepingsrecht), once you have given such consent, the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply.
- 7-day trial: your card is added when the trial starts, but €0 is charged for 7 days. On day 7, €49.99/month is charged automatically — unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime in one click (Settings → Subscription); cancelling before the 7 days are up costs €0 and reverts you to Free. Once charged, a started period is not refunded.
- One-off services (specialist bookings): these are provided on a specific date — the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Art. 16(l) of the Directive). Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the appointment.
- Accountant services: the consultation (€70) and the annual return (€169) are one-off services paid upfront when you book, scheduled for a specific date. With your express consent the service may start within the 14-day period; the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed (Art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83) — if you withdraw before that, you pay a proportionate part of the price for the work already done (Art. 14(3)). ZZP bookkeeping (€129/month) is an auto-renewing monthly subscription charged from the day you subscribe — you can cancel it anytime. Prices are VAT-inclusive.
- Tax refund — two packages (one-off services paid upfront, VAT-inclusive). "I file myself" — €39/year (optionally +€20/year for a fiscal partner): we verify your refund eligibility and prepare a step-by-step filing instruction in your language; you file the return yourself. "Accountant files" — €89/year (optionally +€50/year for a fiscal partner): after 5 short questions and a call, you grant our registered accountant a filing authorization via the official DigiD Machtigen service (you never share your DigiD password and can revoke the authorization at any time), and the accountant prepares and files your return. When you order either package, you consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed (Art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83); if you withdraw before full performance, we may retain only a proportionate part of the price for the work already done (Art. 14(3)). If we are unable to deliver the paid package (verification with the instruction, or preparation and filing), the fee is refunded. The "I file myself" package can be upgraded to "Accountant files" before the work is completed, directly on your status page: the surcharge equals the difference between the price of the chosen "Accountant files" configuration and the amount actually paid (everything paid counts in full; a fiscal partner can be added at upgrade). The upgrade is a separate purchase with the same consent to the immediate start of the service.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands; any disputes are resolved in the competent court of Amsterdam, unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer protection law.
