Do I need a card for Free?
No. Free is free forever, no card. A card is required to start the 7-day Pro trial (€0 today, then €49.99/mo unless you cancel).
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your card is added when you start the trial, but nothing is charged for 7 days. We email a reminder a day before the charge. On day 7 €49.99/mo is charged automatically — unless you cancel first (one click), which keeps you on Free at €0. Your data is kept either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click under Settings → Subscription. Pro access stays until the end of your paid period.
Prices including BTW?
Yes, all prices already include Dutch 21% BTW. For ZZP an invoice is provided — you can book it as an expense. And if you have a BTW number, you reclaim the 21% as voorbelasting — Pro effectively costs €41.31/mo.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. ZZP Pro can be billed monthly (€49.99/mo) or annually — €379/year (−37%, ≈€31.58/mo, save ~€221). You choose the yearly plan at checkout.
How much does the tax refund cost?
It is a one-off service — no subscription needed. “I file myself” — €39 per tax year: we check what you are owed and give a step-by-step guide, you file in ~15 minutes. “Accountant files” — €89 per filing: a registered accountant prepares and files for you (authorisation via DigiD Machtigen — you never share your password). Fiscal partner — +€20/+€50. Claims go up to 5 years back. The amount is set and paid by the Belastingdienst.
